This is for first-time clients, designed to evaluate the problem and treat/address it accordingly. The time slot for the evaluation is up to 60 minutes.

Myofascial Release

30 MIN $65 • 50 MIN $85 

80 MIN $130

The type of treatment is designed to release myofascial tension and increase mobilization to targeted areas. Moderate to deep pressure is applied to the affected area.

NOTE: The 30-minute session is designed as a follow-up treatment (An initial 60-minute treatment is required).

Deep Tissue Bodywork

50 MIN $95 • 80 MIN $135

This technique is designed to reach the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue surrounding the muscle. It is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension and pain. The amount of pressure applied depends on how sensitive the area is during treatment and what the client can tolerate.
